Shenzhen's Outbound Business Center, established through a joint initiative by multiple partners within the Microsoft ecosystem, has officially launched and entered its operational phase. The center leverages various support policies implemented by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Luohu District to facilitate corporate global expansion. It offers a one-stop service system covering "preparation for going global, compliance consulting, and overseas growth," providing comprehensive policy support throughout the entire process for companies seeking to expand internationally.
During the launch ceremony, the Shenzhen Outbound Business Center signed agreements with its first 30 partner companies. These partners span multiple sectors, including high-tech intelligent manufacturing, marketing and media, business schools, and key research institutes. Concurrently, the center welcomed its first group of 12 professional service organizations. Their service capabilities cover diverse fields such as finance, taxation, auditing, consulting, cloud platforms, international logistics, and international commercial arbitration. This initial cohort includes accounting firms, banks, and other specialized service providers, forming a preliminary professional service matrix focused on "compliance + finance/tax + financing + human resources" to offer comprehensive and actionable support for outbound enterprises.
Zhang Qi, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft and President of Microsoft AI Asia Pacific, stated that as we approach 2026, artificial intelligence is undergoing a transformative evolution from "chat-based interaction" to "agent-driven" systems, and further to "digital workforce systems," profoundly reshaping the global business landscape and entrepreneurial mindsets. Innovative forces, represented by the "One-Person Entrepreneur" model, are enabling the "individual + AI" paradigm to evolve into a system where a single person can operate as an entire system. This is propelling Chinese companies' global expansion from the "atomic age" and "bit age" into the "token age." Microsoft, in collaboration with its partners, will continue to deepen the innovative application of AI in advertising and marketing scenarios, jointly build an open and mutually beneficial industrial ecosystem, and assist outbound enterprises in agilely expanding and deeply cultivating global markets.
