TPG President to Present at Morgan Stanley's U.S. Financial Conference

The company recently reported strong financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Fee-related earnings grew 36% year-over-year to $247 million, while total assets under management increased 22% to $306 billion. TPG declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59 per share, payable on May 26, 2026. Fee-related revenue reached $557 million, a 17% increase from the prior year, and the fee-related margin expanded to 44.3%. After-tax distributable earnings were $282 million, or $0.70 per share, exceeding market expectations. CEO Jon Winkelried stated that despite a challenging macroeconomic environment, the firm's resilient business model is well-positioned to navigate complexity and capitalize on opportunities.
