腾讯证券4月17日讯，日经周五报导称，私募股权公司CVC Capital Partners将推迟提交收购东芝的正式提议，因东芝任命了新的首席执行官。
报道称，CVC认为，东芝的新领导层需要时间来适应，才能就潜在的收购做出任何决定。
东芝和CVC没有立即回应置评请求。
本周早些时候，由于CVC Capital Partners提出的200亿美元收购要约引发争议，东芝首席执行官车谷畅昭(Nobuaki Kurumatani)辞职。
在车谷畅昭之前担任公司董事长的纲川智将再次掌舵。
车谷畅昭担任该公司CEO已有三年，他的前雇主CVC一直在抨击他的收购计划。他还面临指控，称投资者在股东大会前受到压力，要求支持他们所期望的董事会提名。
报告公布后，东芝在美国上市的股票下跌了6%。（崔斯特）
