Riot Platforms rose over 23%. Shares advanced after it signed a 20-year, 191-megawatt AI data center lease expected to generate up to $9.1 billion in revenue.

Plug Power rose 9% in pre-market trading. The stock gained momentum following the release of better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

The company reported Q2 adjusted net loss of $0.07 per share, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $0.08. Revenue came in at $178.3 million, surpassing the expected $169.1 million.

Hims & Hers Health fell 6.8%. A wider-than-expected Q2 loss and gross-margin pressure outweighed a revenue beat and higher full-year sales guidance.

USA Rare Earth Inc. fell 8%. The stock declined after Q2 revenue and EPS missed estimates and the company outlined plans to acquire Serra Verde to expand its magnets supply chain.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. fell 7.92%. Investors reacted to Q3 GAAP gross margin guidance of 29%–31% and a likely Neutron launch delay, which overshadowed record revenue and backlog.
