硅谷银行倒闭引发全球恐慌，仅仅相隔一周，瑞士第二大银行瑞士信贷银行在财报中自曝“重大缺陷”，叠加大股东拒绝对其注资的消息，掀起新一轮银行倒闭危机。
3月20日，瑞银同意以30亿瑞士法郎收购竞争对手瑞信。瑞士金融市场监管局当天宣布批准瑞银与瑞信的合并，表示此举有利于金融稳定。瑞士央行也将为合并提供大量流动性援助。
这也意味着，这个曾拥有一万多亿美元资产的庞然大物，退出了历史舞台。根据交易条款，瑞信股东每持有22.48股瑞信股份将获得1股瑞银集团股份。相当于每股0.76瑞士法郎，总对价30亿瑞郎（约合32.5亿美元）。30亿瑞郎的收购价，和瑞信上周五的市值相比，大约打了四折。
百年瑞信黯然离场，“大而不倒”的神话已落幕，风险还存在吗？政府出手“输血”，银行业动荡得到解救了吗？
