据央视报道，美国总统拜登的高级经济顾问当地时间1月31日接受媒体采访时表示，拜登政府将对上周“游戏驿站”(GameStop)过山车式股票交易的法律问题进行调查。国家经济委员会主席布莱恩·迪斯(Brian Deese)在接受NBC新闻采访时表示，委员会致力于全面了解发生的情况，重点是保护散户投资者以及公平交易，发现并追查潜在的违法行为。
上周，“游戏驿站”的股价曾一度创下492美元的历史新高，然后在29日回落至325美元左右。它在2019年的股价低至每股3.30美元。
此外，高盛就游戏驿站事件警告交易员留意社交媒体。
