According to reports, Iranian state media stated on Wednesday that potential targets on Iran's list include the offices and assets of major US technology companies operating in the region. The list, published by the government-affiliated Tasnim News Agency under the title "Iran's New Targets," details regional offices, as well as cloud computing, data, and research and development centers belonging to several US tech firms in the Middle East. An accompanying note explained that as regional conflict escalates into infrastructure warfare, the scope of legitimate targets for Iran will gradually expand. The list includes locations associated with Alphabet, Amazon.com, Microsoft, NVIDIA, IBM, Oracle, and Palantir, situated in Israel and surrounding areas, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Iran's Revolutionary Guards have previously conducted operations against strategic facilities in the region, including an Amazon.com data center in Dubai. Iranian state media also reported that last week, Iran launched a drone attack on an Amazon.com data center in Bahrain. Additionally, Iranian drones have previously targeted two Amazon.com facilities within the United Arab Emirates.
