据外媒报道，电动汽车制造商特斯拉已在其弗里蒙特工厂和内华达州超级工厂内安装了比特币ATM机，显示了他们的一定的超前性。
负责比特币ATM机的公司LibertyX表示，位于特斯拉工厂内的比特币ATM机从今年8月份开始仅允许员工使用。
该公司还表示，它并没有在内华达州超级工厂内安装新的ATM自助终端，只是通过软件在已经安装的3台ATM机上增加了比特币销售功能。此外，该公司的网站还透露，特斯拉位于弗里蒙特的工厂也有一台比特币ATM机。
与此同时，LibertyX没有确认是否会在其他特斯拉工厂安装更多的数字货币ATM机。
特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）是加密货币的支持者，而比特币是世界上最大的加密货币。此前，马斯克曾称赞比特币的结构“出色”。
在特斯拉的超级工厂内安装数字货币ATM机可能只是数字货币和电动汽车制造商联盟的开始。如果比特币ATM机大受欢迎，马斯克可能会安装Dogecoin ATM机。毕竟，马斯克是这项技术的超级粉丝。
