MW Biden to nominate antitrust expert Lina Khan as FTC commissioner
President Joe Biden announced Monday he'll nominate Lina Khan as commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission. Khan is currently an associate professor at Columbia Law School, specializing in antitrust, infrastructure industries law and the antimonopoly tradition, the White House said. Khan previously advised the U.S. House Judiciary Committee's antitrust subcommittee.
