美东时间5月24日美股盘后，声网公布了第一季度财报，业绩显示，声网2021年第一季度营收为4022.5万美元，同比增长13.1%；净亏损1469.1万美元，上年同期录得净利润298.7万美元；每ADS亏损0.14美元，上年同期录得每ADS亏损1.21美元。
归属于普通股股东的净亏损为1469.1万美元，上年同期录得净亏损3637.6万美元。
毛利润为2340万美元，同比下降4.5%;毛利率为58.1%，上年同期为68.8%。
运营支出为3970万美元，同比增长86.8%。其中，研发支出为2520万美元，同比增长115.7%;销售与市场营销支出为870万美元，同比增长45.5%。
截至2021年3月31日，除Easemob外，活跃客户数量达2324，同比增长97.6%。
展望未来，公司维持对截至2021年12月31日的全年总营收指引，预计将在1.78亿美元至1.82亿美元之间。
财报公布后，声网盘后股价跌4.93%，报38.40美元。
