贝壳-W 高级副总裁、公关与战略发展线负责人兼贝壳研究院院长李文杰表示,内地各地疫情持续反覆,但疫情主要是令市场需求延後,购买力未有消失,因此预期下半年影响会较少,又指现时居民储蓄水平提升,预期未来刚需、改善及投资需求仍然存在。他指出,房地产市场已从过去的「高增长、高杠杆、高负债」转为中速发展周期,预期第三季末至第四季楼市有较大机率会触底反弹,但当中新房市场持续低迷,预期全年成交额将按年跌20%至30%。他续指,二手市场自去年见底,但目前未见明显反弹,预测全年成交额将按年跌15%至25%,至明年首季率先回暖。贝壳於去年宣布收购圣都家装全部股权,并成立整装大家居事业群,相关业务已於今年4月完成并表。他透露,未来会根据公司现金流、业务发展及市场变化审视是否再进行收购,但现时暂时未有计划。(gc/da)~阿思达克财经新闻网址: www.aastocks.com
