外电报道，美联储局副主席Philip Jefferson表示，随着美国经济及劳动市场持续强劲，联储局在调整利率时应保持谨慎。
他称，随着联储局朝着更中性的货币政策立场进发，逐步减少对经济的约束是最可能的结果，但不认为联储局需要急于改变货币政策立场。
他续指，通胀下降的路径将继续不平稳，但对价格增长将持续降温的感到乐观，相信随着供求条件逐渐平衡，工资增长将放缓至更可持续的速度，长期通胀预期将保持稳定。至于经济方面，今年初美国经济状况良好，消费者支出韧性强劲，劳动市场稳健，但因家庭及企业面临不确定性，预计全年经济增长将略低于去年。(mn/w)
