I think the PC and gaming will continue to decline foreshadowing any growth in data center business, if AMD catches up, Nvidia's quarter earnings will show declining gross margins which is doubtful since Nvidia Blackwell deliveries have started. Obviously, Nvidia is priced for perfect execution quarter on quarter. Any increase in data center business will impact gross margins for both into 2026 and 2027. The bull case for TSMC is clearer as Arizona plant ramps up and increases capacity as any growth will be limited by TSMC. ARM, Apple, Nvidia, AMD all need TSMC, expect tariffs soon on Taiwan and buying opportunity for TSMC.
