瑞银发表报告指，小米YU7预量大胜预期，产能扩张值得观察。根据该行本周调查，投资者预期在新车发售前24小时内会有20万至30万辆预订量(5000元订金，7天内可免费取消)，意味着是2024年3月SU7时8.8万辆的2至3倍。而开售后3分钟即达到预期目标，并在一小时内达到28.9万辆。价格方面，小米YU7标准版售价为25.35万元，YU7 Pro售价27.99万元，Max版售价32.99万元，起售价比瑞银预期低6400元。
报告指，虽然小米YU7起售价格接近瑞银预期，但将未交付的SU7订单升级至YU7的选项让该行感到惊喜。估计目前SU7的积压订单超过10万张，而大多数SU7 Pro和SU7 Max的买家都有强烈的诱因升级至 YU7，因为相近的价格却有更好的效能。由于需求大幅超越预期，因此小米急需增加电动车产能。该行予小米“中性”评级，目标价62港元。
