Genting Singapore (SGX:G13) utilized 2,990,000 treasury shares worth SG$2.4 million, pursuant to the vesting of shares under its performance share scheme, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the transfer, there are 8,121,350 treasury shares.
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% at the close of trade on Wednesday.
