    Community projects drive micro economic growth in a large way and not just for Lennar but for the would be receivers of in the least way said, smart utilistic solutions. Not too shabby on the eye either way Lennar is a great investment, another stock closely linked by context is Pool. Where's there's unique or the contrary, housing comes with bathing suits. Combined with other relevant themes would be natural gases vs AI. Almost a waspy portfolio. If oil were at realistic prices. For everything else there's gold.
