Sarepta Therapeutics (SRPT): Shares tumbled after the biotech company said results from a yearslong trial of two therapies for a rare muscle-wasting illness fell short of statistical significance.
Tesla $(TSLA)$: Norway's huge sovereign-wealth fund rejected Chief Executive Elon Musk's new $1 trillion pay package. Shares of the electric-vehicle company fell.
Nvdia $(NVDA)$: Shares of the chip designer, which recently became the first $5 trillion company, slipped premarket.
Pfizer $(PFE)$, Spotify (SPOT), Uber $(UBER)$ and Marriott International $(MAR)$ are scheduled to report earnings before the bell, followed by Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$ after the close.
