1844 ET - New York Fed President John Williams says the risks to both sides of the Fed's dual mandate goals have increased amid the conflict in the Middle East. "I think the markets are trying to understand how the economy is going to perform and respond to, you know, the changing circumstances we're in," he tells a group of reporters.
