MT Newswires Live05-19

Klarna (KLAR) and Worldline signed a framework agreement to boost access to Klarna's flexible payments options at online and in-store points of sale in Europe serviced by Worldline, the companies said Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Worldline will integrate Klarna into its technology stack and transaction offerings, the companies said.

The rollout will begin this year with integration into Worldline's online payment service for international e-commerce in the travel and digital sectors, the companies said.

In a latter phase of the agreement, Worldline will include Klarna's payment offerings at in-store point of sales terminals, they said.
