MetaOptics' (SGX:9MT) proposed dual listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market remains on track, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the semiconductor optics company slid over 3% during Thursday trading.
The company has received an SGX listing and quotation notice for the new shares tied to the Nasdaq listing, with the new shares to be placed out by July 31, in compliance with bourse directives.
