CSE Global (SGX:544) confirmed its monthly strategic review is still ongoing and that it is working with financial adviser, Jefferies Singapore, according to a Friday bourse filing.
To date, no definitive agreement has been reached for a transaction, with the oil and gas company to provide updates in case there are any material developments.
