JustCo's (SGX:JCO) chief executive officer, Kong Wan Sing, bought 500,000 company shares on June 3 and June 4 for about SG$339,144, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the co-living workspaces provider dropped over 6% in Monday trading.
Following the acquisition, Sing now has an 18.50% stake in the company.
