Roku (ROKU) and Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said Friday the company agreed to enhance its safety controls by offering parents greater oversight over what their children can stream, resolving a state enforcement action under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.

The agreement includes no finding of wrongdoing and no civil fine, according to the joint statement. Roku will invest about $25 million in engineering resources to implement the changes, which are expected to begin immediately and roll out nationwide within 12 months.
