Datadog Seen Delivering Strong Q2 Results on AI Demand, Product Expansion, Oppenheimer Says

MT Newswires Live07-20 23:21

Datadog (DDOG) is expected to report Q2 revenue above consensus estimates, supported by healthy platform consumption, strong new customer additions and continued demand tied to artificial intelligence workloads, Oppenheimer said in a Monday note.

The brokerage said AI-native customers, newer products including Bits AI, Flex Logs and Cloud SIEM, along with the recent acquisition of Adaptive ML, should support the company's long-term growth despite modestly higher competition in the log management market.

Datadog's expanding enterprise sales efforts, international growth, channel investments and continued product innovation, including more than 100 enhancements unveiled at its Dash 2026 conference, position the company for sustained multi-quarter business momentum, the report added.

Oppenheimer maintained its outperform rating on the stock and raised its price target to $300 from $220.

Datadog shares were up 1.8% in Monday trading.
