HGP Intelligent Energy is planning to go public via a blank-check vehicle in a deal that would value it at about $1.2 billion, Bloomberg reported Tuesday quoting unnamed sources.
The report said the nuclear services company plans to merge with Meshflow Acquisition Corp. (MESH).
Proceeds from the deal will be used to back technology designed to allow nuclear reactors to handle the real-time swings in demand from AI data centers, the report said.
HGP Intelligent Energy and Meshflow Acquisition didn't immediately respond to requests for comment by MT Newswires.
