Automatic Data Processing Expands Partnership With Amazon Web Services

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Amazon.com's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services have expanded a partnership agreement to embed artificial intelligence features into ADP's payroll and human resources software, the companies said Tuesday.

The companies said the collaboration centers on AWS modernizing ADP's cloud infrastructure and accelerating the secure deployment of AI tools. They also said the focus of the partnership includes expanding ADP Assist to automate routine human resources and payroll tasks, integrating generative AI into ADP Lyric HCM, and organizing ADP's workforce dataset on AWS.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
