Keppel's (SGX:BN4) dormant subsidiary, Celestite, has been placed under members' voluntary liquidation, according to a Monday Singapore Exchange filing.
The company said the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec. 31.
