CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) is targeting $500 million in investor commitments for its third Asia-Pacific credit program, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The asset manager is focusing mainly on its existing investors for the latest funding round, which is expected to hit its first close by the end of the year.

This follows the closure of the company's second round under the CapitaLand Asia Pacific Credit Program II in April, which secured $320 million.

CapitaLand Investment did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
