Qualcomm (QCOM) issued a warrant to an Amazon (AMZN) affiliate last week to acquire up to 25 million shares of its common stock at $161.26 per share, the chipmaker said Tuesday in a regulatory filing.
Separately, Qualcomm said it is collaborating with Amazon to produce customized silicon for large-scale artificial intelligence data centers, as well as optical connectivity products to support high-bandwidth demands of AI infrastructure.
