GSK (GSK) is raising $6.5 billion from a US high-grade debt sale to help refinance bridge funding for its $10.6 billion takeover of Nuvalent, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The size of the bond sale is about $500 million more than initial talks, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

GSK didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
