Aritzia's (ATZ) US business remains its main growth driver, while the international segment could provide a long-term growth runway, UBS Securities said in a Monday note.

The company is targeting to reach 180 to 200 stores in the US, increasing from its 76 locations at the end of fiscal 2026, UBS said. This expansion plan positions the US business to contribute about 85% of Aritzia's incremental revenue growth through fiscal 2031, the brokerage noted.

UBS estimates the international segment's long-term revenue opportunity at 3.30 billion Canadian dollars ($2.39 billion), according to the note. However, Aritzia could capture only around CA$150 million of this revenue by fiscal 2031, depending on its execution, UBS said.

The investment firm projects about a 15% revenue and 26% earnings per share compound annual growth rates for the company through fiscal 2031.

UBS has a buy rating and CA$216 price target on Aritzia.
