Roivant Sciences (ROIV) shares soared 19% after the company said its Pulmovant unit's phase 2 PHocus study of mosliciguat in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease, or PH-ILD, met its primary and secondary endpoints.

More than 13.5 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 6.26 million.

Intel (INTC) is expected to raise personal computer central processing unit prices by another 10% in early October, Digitimes reported, citing supply chain sources.

Shares jumped 10%, with intraday trading volume at over 86.0 million, versus the stock's daily average of about 113.4 million.

Pharvaris (PHVS) said that a global phase 3 study of deucrictibant extended-release tablets met the primary endpoint of reducing the mean monthly attack rate by 83%, compared with placebo, in people with hereditary angioedema.

Wedbush Securities adjusted Pharvaris' price target to $50 from $42 while maintaining its outperform rating.

Shares climbed 10% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 4.20 million from a daily average of about 510,000.
