UI Boustead REIT (SGX:UIBU) declared a distribution per unit of SG$0.037 for the period from July 3, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2026, 0.8% above its forecast of 0.036 cents.
The trust's basic earnings per unit was SG$0.013 for the period, according to a Tuesday filing.
Revenue for the 15 months was SG$68.5 million, while net property income was SG$54.5 million, it said.
