Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is expected to deliver Q3 financial results that meet consensus expectations and reiterate its annual guidance, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Friday.
The company is scheduled to report Q3 financial results on Nov. 3.
Analysts said that while Keurig's coffee consumption trends look underwhelming, the refreshment beverages segment will likely drive growth in the quarter.
The stock has meaningfully benefited from the recent defensive market rotation, RBC said.
Analysts said that while sentiment remains mixed, they have seen increased interest in the name ahead of the early 2027 split of the business into Beverage and Global Coffee.
RBC Capital Markets has an outperform rating and a $42 price target on the stock.
