We'll probably have to strengthen our bench and recruit more active traders if we have any chance to stay at and near the top. The top team this month have at least 5 traders at or better than our top 3 consistently.

    Yea the scoring system is really hard understand. For large acct like yours and with your monthly profits then i don’t understand why you are not placed higher. Some of the higher tiered team players has much smaller accounts so their profits % could be really outsized.

    Yea, recruitment is not easy though. unless you have friends to directly invite.

    Musztirom, maybe can recruit your followers? I can make space for them to replace.

    I tried recruiting last round but, really no quality applications. And no real way to directly approach people to join us.

    I am also a bit confused by the point system. I made a sizable gain(more than 100k) this month, but my points are still low.

    I'm guessing the points are largely  from the % growth of your portfolio and trading wins %. Points were up from my day trade when market was not moving and now my points are dropping from long term holding losses. Now with the fed holding interest rates hope to see bullish market soon.
