  Only hoping my first green of 2025 can look so good 😊 - However, as a bottom feeder it could take a few more months yet to accumulate a slush fund big enough to even consider it being a reality - nonetheless, I consider my losses a bit like a degree and it’s certainly been quite the journey and whilst living in the red, after actually working out the game plan to succeed I think the grass will be greener in 2025 and by 2026 I may as well be on a diet of four leaf clovers 🍀 🤳😎

    That’s the only way to roll I have found after getting torn up on the gravel of greed and fear - the most important thing is to play it by the rule book and take profits when they are there to be taken and then just reset your game plan and have a couple of doubles on the rocks to keep things real 😎

    Sure, we might miss out on some big rallies when taking profit, but at least we’re protecting our capital.

    We need to do a lot of research to convince ourselves that a company is worth buying, and not something we’ll just let go of easily. This boosts our confidence when we’re bottom fishing for deals! And don’t forget, taking profits is super important to lock in those gains!

    Our brains can be a little funny when it comes to investing! When prices go up, we feel safer jumping in because it seems like a good thing. But when prices drop, we start thinking they’ll keep falling, and we avoid the opportunity.

    I really need to buckle down and do my homework, exploring multiple entry points. There’s just too much noise out there—so many self-proclaimed "experts" who sing praises when prices soar and suddenly act like gurus when prices dive. It’s like trying to find a true gem in a sea of shiny pebbles!
