the rising cost of food (living )is really very unbelievably high...
I used to buy chicken nuggets per pack at $3.50 now the same pack cost $6
Mixed vegetables rice at coffee shop or hawker centre normally cost about $3.50 now same dishes about $5 or $6
Oranges in NTUC now cost more than $5...used to be about $2.50-2.95
