I’ll be releasing my $Netflix(NFLX)$ earnings thoughts tonight to subscribers -- but here’s my initial reaction.

Netflix’s massive Net Paid Streaming Users beat (+18.9M vs. +9.2M est.) was largely driven by a surge in live content engagement, including the record-breaking NFL Christmas Day viewership and the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight -- both of which captivated global audiences.

These events created a significant surge in net additions -- with regions like APAC standing out by adding +4.9M subscribers (+70% YoY).

Trump Trade War Begins: How Will Bitcoin Move?
Donald Trump announced new tariffs on all imported goods from the United States' three major trading partners: China, Mexico, and Canada. On Friday, U.S. President Trump stated that tariffs would be imposed on products such as computer chips, pharmaceuticals, steel, aluminum, copper, oil, and natural gas starting as early as mid-February. As a result of Trump's tariff policy, Chinese stocks opened lower across the board. Bitcoin continues to drop to $94000. ----------- Are stocks oversold or just a beginning?
