As a lazy bag holder...

my biggest flaw is not nibble enough...time decay is crazy for options especially those quite distance from strike price if u are small account

So after having thoughts in another platform I learn from the master, soxl Hina, I start to try small first ...

1st sell put was quite stressful as I sell put when the pltr stock move super high while I aimed far below strike price.. means I have limited premium to earn.. ($13 nia...)  wrong timing and the votalitily was used wrongly...

I have to endure up to 800% unrealised loss thanks to the votalitily of reconsolidation of pltr...lucky for me...despite that..the put owner can't assign me  the strike price is far... 

But also thanks to this my margin account become alert as I don't have enough capital to buy 100 unit of pltr at strike price.... I endured 3 nights and finally the put was decay so much my margin recovered and I quickly enter new sell put to test theory during Friday market" dump"...this time using volatility to juice up the put... then aim around 8 dollar distances from the tanked stock price and sell put

..all I have to do wait for Monday market open rebalancing + weekends to decay the puts...

Why sell put and not call? While I haven been assigned yet but theory is.. on top of getting the premium cash upfront to ur account to do other move...if touch wood I get assigned...at least the stock is still mine...not force to give out to others

Disadvantages would be limited earn n margin pocket limits how much sell put I can have...

but hey..I'm not nibble trader...I still want to have easy night rather than glue to screen by seconds n pray the time decay not killing my gain.... Time decayis seller best friend

Ps.. please don't try on crazy votalite stock like nvda or tsla...or during earning period...
