Mark Yeo to Retire from KIT Board after AGM; Adrian Chan to Succeed in Roles

Mark Yeo, the non-executive independent director of Keppel Infrastructure Trust Management (KIT's trustee-manager), will retire following the upcoming annual general meeting on April 15.

The trust said in an exchange filing on Friday that Yeo, aged 62, will also resign from his positions as chairman of the audit and risk committee and member of the nomination and remuneration committee.

Adrian Chan, aged 60, will succeed him as chairman of the audit and risk committee.

KIT units closed flat on Thursday at S$0.42.
