πππCan anybody even the experts predict the markets with any certainty? The answer is impossible especially with the US President Donald Trump. Ever since he announced the tough trade tariffs , the markets have been totally unpredictable. He changes his decisions from day to day .
Therefore if I have to choose between Policy , Emotional Swings and Technical Analysis , I would choose Policy. The current markets are driven by the policy of the US.
A close 2nd to policy is the Emotional Swings . Traders swing between Fear and Greed and it is very much dependent on the latest news.
In times like this, it is important to stay calm and patient as in the long term, the markets will always recover . Volatility is the price we pay for long term gains .
