$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$ has just hit a record high of SGD 6.94 this morning despite the doldrums in the markets. It gives me much joy to know that ST Engineering is growing from strength to strength. The latest news is that it has won a huge SGD 1.4 billion contract to provide turnkey rail services in Taiwan. This adds to ST Engineering all time high outstanding order book of SGD 28.5 billion.
