Sweeping robot iRobot files for bankruptcy and will be privatized and reorganized

iRobot, an American sweeping robot company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in a state court in Terlava on November 14, 2025. It is planned to be acquired and privatized by lenders and Sugikawa Robot. The common shares will be written off and the stock value will be returned to zero.
