🏠 When Buying a House, Take Note…
Before committing, check these two things:
🚪 Main door directly facing a window?
Energy (and even money 💸) may “flow in and out” too quickly. It also reduces privacy and may cause strong drafts.
🔥 Bedroom next to the kitchen?
Heat, noise, and cooking smells can affect rest and sleep quality.
Not everything is a deal breaker — but layout matters more than fancy renovation.
Choose comfort, privacy, and good energy over just looks. ✨
Buy smart, live better, get richer . 🏡
