$Oracle(ORCL)$ At around a $362 billion market cap, Oracle looks very cheap. Its current free cash flow is being weighed down by AI infrastructure spending, but that capital expenditure is building assets against a $638 billion backlog. If free cash flow eventually reaches $50 billion to $100 billion, Oracle could justify a $1 trillion to $2 trillion valuation. The market seems to be pricing the construction cost right now, not the cash-generating machine being built.
