$APPLIED DIGITAL CORP(APLD)$ will likely never name the hyperscaler publicly because of the fear of community opposition. Naming one of the big high profile hyperscalers tends to draw opposition from outside the local community, turning the datacenter into a statewide or national political issue, similar to what happened with $NEBIUS(NBIS)$ in Vineland.
