Just now, Li Auto released its second-quarter earnings report. In terms of financial performance, the company reported Q2 revenue of RMB 25.667 billion, above the market estimate of RMB 24.962 billion, but down 15.1% year over year. Vehicle gross margin was 9.4%, down 10 percentage points year over year. Adjusted net income came in at a loss of RMB 1.497 billion, significantly worse than the expected loss of RMB 1.148 billion.

In terms of the company's Q3 guidance, Li Auto expects vehicle deliveries to reach 95,000–100,000 units, representing year-over-year growth of 1.9%–7.3%. Total revenue is expected to come in at RMB 26.6 billion–28.0 billion, representing a year-over-year change of -2.8% to +2.3%. While Q3 revenue is still expected to show limited growth or a slight decline, the projected decline has narrowed significantly from the 15.1% year-over-year drop in Q2. If deliveries and revenue come in within the guidance range, Q3 could mark a potential turning point in Li Auto's earnings recovery. $LI AUTO-W(02015)$ $Li Auto(LI)$
