$Chevron(CVX)$ $Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ $Trade Desk Inc.(TTD)$ $Team(TISI)$ Stellex Capital bought 1,604,326 TISI shares at $35.50 on August 6. At $25 per share, TISI is now roughly 30% below that $35.50 level.
From my view, that $35.50 purchase price works as a useful valuation reference, and some investors see it as a likely floor or near-term target.
