$Broadcom(AVGO)$ $Marvell Technology(MRVL)$ $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ I'm not a big fan of AVGO or the whole ASICs and custom chips space, mostly because I've looked into them enough to see the limits compared to the flexibility of Nvidia's GPU-based platform, their networking, and the systematic factories approach.
That said, this was a solid quarter for AVGO. Margins look strong and they clearly have a seat at the table. Just my read, but I'd guess the mildly soft guidance we hear about soon comes down to memory supply and pricing, which is hitting everyone outside of Nvidia.
My hunch is the stock runs above 360 during the conference call, so I've taken a quick trade with 3,000 shares.
