My earnings from options trading has been rocky over the past two months. It is more of taking a defensive approach to protect the margins and to avoid force liquidation. Even stable counters like MCD and PEP got hit. I did not add to my Mag 7 positions but to trim abit where possible. It is like a game of football. We need to stay in the game and at times, we have to take a defensive approach to wait for the counter attack. If we attack all the times, we will exhaust our energy (funds) and can no longer attack when the opportunity comes.
